“Wadi al-Molouk” (“Valley of the Kings”) approaches Ramadan screening date

Director Hosny Saleh has affirmed that he has completed shooting 35% of the scenes for the television series “Wadi al-Molouk” (“Valley of the Kings”). The aforementioned scenes were filmed in less than three weeks, a feat which was made possible by the cooperation between the performers and the rest of the working team as everyone was keen to be present at the scene before the designated filming time in order to operate the camera. The director has also added that he is working on editing some of the scenes which were filmed so that the first set of episodes will be ready by the holy month of Ramadan.The said scenes feature performances by Sabreen, Summaya al-Khashab, Reham ‘Abd Al Ghafour, Magdy Kamel and Lutfy Labib. The screenplay for “Wadi al-Molouk” was authored by Mohamed al-Hefnawy while the dialogue and lyrics are credited to ‘Abd Al Rahman al-Abanoudy, moreover the title is directed by Hosny Saleh.
