Soumayya al-Khash-shaab: “Valley of the Kings”, a historical TV work dealing with the contemporary corruption

Actor Soumayya al-Khash-shaab said that the series “Waady al-Molouk i.e. Valley of the Kings”, which highlights a certain period of the history of Egypt, the early nineteenth century, symbolizes these days’ corruption such as acquisition of the State lands by senior officials of the former Regime.“Waady al-Molouk” is starring Soumayya al-Khash-shaab, Sabrine, Magdy Kaamel, Rihaam Abdul Ghafour, Nabeel al-Halfaawy, Laila Taaher and Sameera Abdul Azeez, the series is written by Mahmoud al-Hefnaawy, directed by Hosny Saaleh and the great Abdul Rahmaan al-Abdnoudy wrote its dialogue.Simultaneously, Soumayya is shooting her role in the series “Keid al-nessa i.e. Cunning women”, in which she plays the second wife, “Saafeya”.The series written by Hussein Moustafa Muharram, directed by Ahmad Sakr is starring Fifi Abdo, Soumayya al-Khash-shaab, Ahmad Bedeir, Dina Fouaad, Ahmad al-Demerdaash and Rehaab al-Gamal.
