Again star Tamer Hosni declared his attitude towards the Egyptian January revolution. He says at that time he was out of the country, just when the revolution commenced. He was confused and perplexed and all the information he got was that there was a high level of insecurity at that time. Tamer was also misled by the national media that was fabricating stories at the expense of the revolution. So he went on TV and spoke his mind with all good intentions but his enemies made sure that everything he said was misinterpreted. In an interview on “Al Nahar” channel Tamer asked his audience to forgive him and explained that once he understood the situation more clearly he went down to Tahrir to participate with the people because he is one of them. He added, there is no shame in admitting ones mistake and trying to resolve them. Tamer added that many enemies tried to turn his audience against him but he was patient and the result was the incredible success he achieved through his series “Adam” that played during Ramadan. Currently Tamer is working on his new movie that will be released during Eid which is part 3 of “Omar and Salma” co starring with May Ezz El Din.
