With Pictures: 50% of "Zat" is finished and cameras are heading off to Al Manyal.

The cast and crew of the new series "Zat" have finished shooting almost 50% of the scenes. Shooting took place in some universities, streets, apartments and the inside some studios. The crew is heading off to a building in al Manyal for some scenes there and once done they will go back to shoot inner scenes in Al Nahhas Studios once the décor of the settings are finished by Eng. Hamdi Abd El Rahman."Zat" is a 30 episode series that starts in 1952 and finishes nowadays and focuses on the social and political changes that affected the Egyptian society in general and the Egyptian character in particular. It is adapted from the great novel by Sone Allah IBrahim, script is by Mariam Naom and directed by Kamla Abu Zikry.The series stars Nelly Karim that plays the role of "Zat", Bassem Samra, Hani Adel, Entesar, Nasser Seif, Nahed El Sebaee and Ahmed Kamal.
