As the role represents a younger woman; Syrian actress Suzanne Najm El Din was replaced by Lebanese actress Serine Abdel Nour in the new series "Fata Min Al Sharq- A Girl from the East".The Lebanese TV is negotiating with Serine to portraya the role of "Amina Al Moftee" who is a Jordanian girl who worked as a spy for the Israeli intelligence during the time of late Palestinian president Yasser Arafat.The series is written by Ahmed Ali Ahmed and adapted from the intelligence files and is a co-produced by Cairo Sound. It stars Yasser Galal, Ahmed Maher, Lotfi Labib, Ghada Ibrahim from Egypt, Mohamed Ibrahim from Lebanon and a large number of Syrian, Jordanian and Lebanese stars. The series will be filmed in Vienna and Beirut.
