Mohamed Ramadan As Police Officer In New Film

Mohamed Ramadan has announced that he will take a break from television series in the Ramadan season this year, in addition to any other projects or proposals, favoring to work on a new film and also a stage play, stressing on the idea that he has to offer his audience artistically valuable works.

Ramadan added that he is currently preparing to star in a film called “Shadd Agzaa'” (Loading), in which he will appear as a police officer for the first time in his career, a big shift from his well known usual role of a poor young man who ascends to wealth. He also stated that he chose the character of a police officer after observing that the police suit has “lost its glare”.

Ramadan also has chosen a novel to be adapted to the stage, specifically El Haram theater's stage with the private sector, adding that he has worked in the play “Ra'is Gomhoreyet Nafsy” (The President of My Self's Republic) with the public sector. Ramadan is known for his deeply rooted love for theater, which started back during his childhood.
