She is an Egyptian actress who studied at the Higher Institute of Dramatic Arts. She made her debut through children's programs before she participated in the series, Mizo's Story (1977), after which she played many roles on TV, film and theater. She's known for Mrs. Shalata (1986), The Parrot (1984) and Dead Heart (2008).
