An Egyptian author and historian, was born in Tanta in 1902. He worked at the Egyptian House of Books, and was appointed to be the manager of the Heritage Revival Department. He was a general observer for Parliament and Senate affairs. He was then a professor of Arabic at the Institute of Islamic Studies in Madrid, then an advisor to the Cultural Foundation of the Egyptian Ministry of Culture. From his works: A Martyr of Divine Love. He died in 1994.
