An Egyptian writer and journalist, born in 1917. He graduated from the Faculty of Law, where he worked as an agent for the Public Prosecutor before resigning to work for the newspaper Al-Masry. He held the position of editor-in-chief of Al-Masry from 1946 until 1954, when he traveled to work abroad until he returned in 1974. He also worked in the “Al-Ahram” and “Akhbar Al-Youm” newspapers until he moved to work in the “Al-Wafd” newspaper after its re-issue. One of his artworks is the movie Black Panther. He died on March 20, 2004 at the age of 87.
