An Egyptian actor, born in 1948. He obtained his bachelor's degree from the Higher Institute of Dramatic Arts in 1975. After graduating, he joined the National Theater. He worked in radio, television and theater, especially in the 1980s. He moved away from the scene in the late nineties. He's known for The Nobody (1984), Arabesque (1994) and Harun Al-Rashid (1997).
