Algerian actor, writer, and director born on October 12, 1940, Algeria. He is famous for playing the character of Inspector Tahir in his detective films with the late actor Yahya Ben Mabrouk, including Inspector Tahir's Hoiday (1973). He died on October 5, 1981, Paris, France.
