Palestinian writer born in Jaffa, Palestine in 1932. He obtained his GCE at the University of London in 1961. He has worked in Gaza and Kuwait between 1951-1955. He then travelled to the UK and received a diploma in TV directing and production, after which he moved to Egypt and worked at the Egyptian Television between 1969-1971. He later worked as a consultant and executive director for several production companies.
