A late Syrian actor and singer, born in As-Suwayda in 1933. He moved to live in Jordan and then moved to Egypt. He enriched the artistic life with many diverse works of art, and among his most notable films Night of the Orient, Everybody's Sweetheart and Youth Weddings. His series include I Am You and Ajeeb Effendi.
