Mohamed El Awaly is a Jordanian director. He graduated from the High Institute of Cinema in 1980, and worked for several years directing television series in Jordan until production companies there experienced a financial crisis following the political tension between the country and the Arab Gulf countries. El Awaly then moved to Saudi Arabia in 1989 and is still working as a television series director there until now. His career includes “Beiny we Beinak (Between Me and You), “Sha'at el Aqdar” (According to Fate) and “Soktom Boktom.”
