An American composer and musician who studied music at Michigan College and obtained his Ph.D. in 1955. He is considered one of the pioneers of music in the twentieth century. He contributed to one hundred and fifty musical pieces throughout his history and won many awards. In the nineties, a documentary film was produced about his life and artistic career.
