A Syrian actor and director, born in Damascus. He obtained a diploma in film directing from the Soviet Union in 1982, and has been a member of the Artists Syndicate since 1984. Some of his credits include The Fugitive (2004), Accustomed (2009) and Midnight Nightmares (2003).
