Anna Friel is an English actress who was born on the 12th of July, 1976 in Rochdale, England. Friel developed an interest in acting from an early age and took part in talent shows. Friel landed her first acting role at the age of 13 when she assumed a role in the Channel 4 drama series “G.B.H.” Thereafter Friel took on a variety of British and American theater, television and cinema roles. Amongst the productions in which Friel has participated are “Brookside”, “Perfect Strangers” and “Land of the Lost” to name only a few.
