A Syrian singer and actor, born on August 8, 1979, in Idlib. He began his career through the Superstar program in its first edition. Shadi belongs to an artistic family as his brother Hady Aswad is also a singer, and his brother Mazen Aswad is an actor. He lived in Idlib in northern Syria for five years, then moved to Damascus, where his father worked. Shady participated in the Superstar program and got the sixth place, and his first song was in 2004 and was entitled "Taai Laendi." In the summer of 2007, he released his first album, but it did not achieve the desired success. He participated in the series Ask Your Soul, but he received criticism.
