A Syrian storyteller, playwright, and screenwriter, born in 1967. His published works include "The Drowned Sumerian" (a collection of short stories, 2002), and the plays The Last Cup of Socrates (2008) and The Circular Man (2008). His TV work includes Homeland Masks (2020).
