A writer, producer and director, born in New York City, USA. Among his most famous work is the Final Destination film series (2003-2011), as well as producing the series Kyle XY (2006-2009), and directing The Butterfly Effect (2004), and Ghosts of War (2020).

Eric Bress is an American screenwriter and director. Bress graduated from Syracuse University where he had studied film. Bress is perhaps best known for his contributions to the “Final Destination” film series and “The Butterfly Effect”. Worthy of note is that Bress frequently collaborates with fellow director and screenwriter J. Mackye Gruber.
