An Egyptian actor who practiced bodybuilding, which made him suitable for playing the role of bodyguard in movies. He started his artistic career in the seventies and worked in cinema, television, and theatre. He is known for A Witness Who Hasn't Seen Anything (1976), Dreams of Al-Tayer Boy (1978), and Circle of Doubt (2010).
