An American composer born on August 18, 1956 in Glendale, California, USA. He started guitar lessons at the age of six and earned a BA in Music Composition from California Institute of the Arts in 1979. His works include The Passion of the Christ, Iron Man 2, The Jungle Book, and The Greatest Showman.
