A Kuwaiti actor and producer, born in 1938. He studied at the Ahmadiyya School and then at the Mubarakiya School. He started his working life first in the Guidance and News Department, the government printing department, and then went to Egypt on a mission with a group of employees to study and learn printing. He traveled to Germany and participated in a training course, after which he headed the photography department at the Ministry of Information. The beginning of his activity as an artist and theater actor was with the Arab Theater Troupe in 1961. In 1965, he was appointed the head of the cinema department at Kuwait TV. In the United States, he obtained a bachelor's and then a master's degree in 1975. After that, he was appointed as a cinema observer at Kuwait TV, and completed many documentaries and television programs. In 1988, he was entrusted with the task of Executive Director of the Joint Program Production Corporation for the Arab States of the Gulf. From his works: Deviation, The Youngest and Rana adventures. He died on Thursday, March 23, 1995, after suffering from illness.
