A British actress, born in 1942 in Marylebone, London. She studied at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. She participated in many films, including Sense and Sensibility, Bridget Jones's Baby and God's Own Country. In 2015, she won the BAFTA Award for Best Supporting Actress for the TV movie Marvelous.
