A Romanian-born Italian actress, born in Bucharest. She graduated from the I. L. Caragiale National University of Theatre and Film in Bucharest. She also studied psychology. Some of her credits are Last Tango in Paris (1972) and The Sheltering Sky (1990). She died on June 8, 2014.
