Harriet Rene "Khandi" Alexander is an American actress, born on September 4, 1957 in Jacksonville, Florida. She started her career as a dancer in the 1980s and was a choreographer for Whitney Houston's world tours from 1988 to 1992. She's known for CSI: Miami (2002-2009), Patriots Day (2016), Treme (2010-2013), and Scandal (2013-2018).
