He is an American actor, born on February 28, 1969 in Westwood, New Jersey. He was obsessed with acting since his childhood and participated in school plays. He began his career by making guest appearances in numerous television and film productions until 1989 when he co-starred in the Oscar-winning film, Dead Poets Society. He is known for Swing Kids (1993) and House (2004-2012).
