A British actor, producer, and director, born on February 5, 1969 in Newport, Gwent Wales, United Kingdom. He participated in many works in small roles at the beginning of his artistic career in 1993, including the series Mystery!: Gallowglass as Joe. His works include The Queen, Frost/Nixon, Underworld: Rise of the Lycans, and Masters of Sex.

Born in Wales, English, the only son to his parents, whom they helped him since childhood, when they discovered his talent and passion for acting. In his youth, he dreamed to o become a football player, but his love for the theater made him take part in a theatrical performance which won him an award and encouraged him to pursue his old dream. Despite numerous theater appearances in London, and few films, but he did not get the American public appreciations when he participated in the show "Amadeus" on Broadway. However, he continued his career, and starred in many films which won him several awards and nominations, competing with several Hollywood stars with movies such as The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn.
