American actress, screenwriter, director, and producer born on 1 March 1971. She grew up in an Italian family in the Bronx, New York. She graduated from Columbia University in 1995 with a double major in English and Political Science. Her works include the TV series The Sopranos, Mad Men, Person of Interest, and Stranger Things.


Cara Buono is an American actress and filmmaker who was born on the 1st of March, 1974. Buono studied at Columbia University where she double majored in Political Science and English and acquired her degree in only three years. Buono has had stage appearances both on and off Broadway. Her cinema career came in 1992 when she acted alongside Ethan Hawke in “Waterland”. Cara Buono has also directed, produced and written several films which include the 1997 title “Baggage”.
