American voice actor born Cameron Arthur Clarke in Los Angeles, California, US on 6 November 1957. He studied voice acting under the supervision of voice actor Michael Bell. His most notable works include Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (1986-1996), Akira (1988), the videogame Metal Gear Solid (1998), and Jungle Master 2: Candy Planet (2016).
