An American actress and singer, born in Connecticut on March 19, 1947. She entered the College of William and Mary at the University of Virginia, and during her studies she was able to play a number of different roles in plays. Her first screen appearance was in the series Great Performances (1975). She is best known for acting in 101 Dalmatians, Mars Attacks!, The Divorce, Guardians of the Galaxy, and Hillbilly Elegy.
