Lebanese actress and writer born in 1940. She presented English-language programs for the Lebanese radio, as she wrote and broadcasted cultural and musical programs. She studied English, and entered the field of the Lebanese press in the English language, writing articles in theatrical criticism. She acted in the three languages: English, Arabic and French. She graduated in 1960 from the American University with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Philosophy. Her notable works include Adunis' Return (1965), The Avenger (1969), and The Lady of the Black Moons (1971).
