She directed two short films in 2002 and a documentary (Family Portrait) in 2004, which won many awards in different festivals. In 2007, she directed the movie Under the Same Moon, which was her first official movie. In 2010, she was chosen to direct the TV movie Lemonade Mouth, after which she directed several films, including: Miracles from Heaven.
