She is an American actress, born January 5, 1962 in Oklahoma City. She began her life as a model. She is best known for her role in Titanic (1997) as Lizzie Calvert. Her career began in 1985 in the movie, Fandango starring Kevin Costner. She is also acclaimed for her role in Blown Away (1992).
