American cinematographer and visual effects specialist, born in Mountain Lakes, New Jersey, USA. He studied photography at the Rochester Institute of Technology and then studied at the American Film Institute in Los Angeles. He attended the graduate film program in the Department of Film and Television at New York University and graduated in 1975. He is also a member of the American Society of Cinematographers (ASC) since 1993. His cinematography works include The Dead Don't Die (2019), The Night Of (2016), and Paterson (2016).
