An Iraqi author, born in Basrah, Iraq. He began his career by writing short stories, then he wrote for the National Troupe and the theater of the College of Fine Arts at the University of Basra. Afterward, he headed to Baghdad and started writing serials. His works left an imprint on the Iraqi dramatic scene. His works include Baghdad's Charming Lady (2011), Menawy Pasha S1 (2001), and Fear Wagon (1998).
