An American actor, born in Cincinnati, Ohio, United States. He attended Saint Xavier University and acted locally in amateur theatrical productions. He appeared in twenty-two Broadway productions between the years of 1916 and 1935. His works include Twentieth Century (1934) and Nothing Sacred (1937).
