An American singer, musician, and actor, born on July 30, 1950, in New York, United States. He is four years younger than his brother Sylvester Stallone. Frank began his career with the movie Rocky (1976). Among his early roles was that in the TV movie Hotline (1982), after which he appeared in the movie Staying Alive (1983), directed by his brother Sylvester.
