An American martial artist, actor and fight choreographer, born in Salinas, California, United States to Filipino immigrants. He studied business administration at San Jose State University. In 1966, he began studying martial arts. He won the US National Tae Kwon Do championship in 1977, then a bronze medal in the World Taekwondo Championships in the same year. Some of his credits include Money Fight, Street Fighter, and Surf Ninjas.
