An American actor of German origins, born in Virginia, United States. His family moved to Paris, France, when he was two years old, but he returned to the United States to study. He graduated from West Potomac High School in Virginia, United States, then studied at the University of North Carolina School of Law, in addition to studying arts. He participated in a number of works, such as Office Space (1999) and Napoleon Dynamite (2004).
