A French actress, born in Paris, France, to actors Gérard and Élisabeth Depardieu. Her brother was the late actor Guillaume Depardieu. She began her career in 1994 through her participation in Colonel Chabert. Among her notable works are A Very Long Engagement (2004), A Secret (2007), and The Art of Love (2011).
