He entered the world of cinema in 1968, where he worked as an assistant director for major directors as Rahul Rawail and Mohan...Read more Kumar. A pure coincidence led him to acting in 1970 when he played a role in the hit movie Ghar Ghar Ki Kahani. After that, he starred in more than seventy films. He also directed and produced numerous films through his own company, Filmkraft. Among his notable works: Koi... Mil Gaya (2003), Krrish (2006), and Kaho Naa... Pyaar Hai (2000).
