A Brazilian writer born on November 1, 1945 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He studied at the Faculty of Arts in Rio de Janeiro. He studied French, worked in the newspaper O Globo and theater, and became known as a film critic. His works include O Dono do Mundo, Celebrity, Tropical Paradise, and Irrational Heart.
