She is a Danish actress, born on November 20, 1987, in Denmark. She is the daughter of the actress, Søs Egelind and the cinematographer, Björn Blixt. She trained at the Syddansk Musikkonservatorium (SDMK) - Danish National Academy of Music in Odense. Her debut was in Okay (2002). She is also known for Love Is All You Need (2012), Fighter (2007), and Advokaten (2020).
