An Egyptian artist and director, born in Gharbia, Egypt. He obtained a professor’s degree in painting from the Royal Academy of Fine Arts of San Fernando in Madrid (1975). He was the founder and dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts at Minya University and the owner of the Nawar Prize for Painting. He is known for A Moment of Life (1972).
