Chinese actor, born on April 19, 1957 in Beijing, China. He made his debut in Sheng xia he ta de wei hun fu in 1985. His notable works, include Farewell My Concubine (1993), and Let the Bullets Fly (2010). He won Best Actor award at Cannes Film Festival for Huo zhe (1994).
