An American director, actress, and producer, Kim started her career as an actress and trained in acting in American theaters and then at the Actors Centre in Sydney, Australia, before practicing screen-writing at the University of New South Wales. She obtained a master's degree...Read more in directing from the Australian Film, Television and Radio School. Her work as a director includes a number of episodes of the action television series Rush, as well as short films such as Bombshell (2010), which was shown at the Melbourne International Film Festival and won two Audience Awards and the Jury Prize for Best Australian Short Film. She has also directed documentaries for TV such as The Secret Side of Me and Insight: Out of the Saddle. Kim's short films have been shown in many international festivals.
