An American actress, born in Texas. Janell received a theater arts scholarship to attend San Jacinto College. She also received a BS in Biology from the University of Houston. Later, she moved to California and started her career in the theater. She made her screen debut in Beyond Glory (2013) and participated in Divergent (2014), Scouts Guide to the Zombie Apocalypse (2015), About Scout (2015), and Furious 7 (2015).
