An American screenwriter, producer, and actor. He was born in Elizabeth City, New Jersey, USA. He graduated with a bachelor's degree from Pennsylvania's St. Vincent College and went on to Catholic University in Washington, D.C., on a full scholarship to pursue a master's degree. He appeared in several Broadway plays and was a member of the  Williamstown Theater Festival and the Folger Theater. He is known for The Good Son (1993) and Star Trek: Insurrection (1998).
