Xavier Giannoli is a French director and writer, born on March 7, 1972, in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France. He is known for Marguerite (2015), Lost Illusions (2021), and L'interview (1998). He received the Palme d'Or Award and the César Award for Best Short Film for L'interview (1998) and a Lumiere Award for Best Screenplay for Illusions perdues (2021).
